Case Study

Single-Family Ranch House

The Condition When We Acquired the Property

Originally built in 1925, this home was in dismal condition at the time of acquisition. The structure above the foundation was no longer suitable for modern living, with outdated layouts, poor functionality, and significant wear throughout. While the existing foundation was structurally viable, the rest of the home required a complete rebuild.

Our Vision & Build Strategy

Rather than a surface-level renovation, we chose a ground-up rebuilding approach while preserving the original foundation. The goal was to create a completely new, modern home that maximized space, ceiling height, and long-term livability.

Our objectives included:

This project reflects how we approach rebuilding — intentional, structural, and future-ready.

The Rebuild Process

Every element was planned and executed as part of a full custom build.

The Final Result

The completed home is a fully modern, spacious custom residence that bears no resemblance to its original condition. Soaring ceilings, contemporary design, and thoughtful layouts define the space. The new homeowners received a brand-new living experience, combining comfort, aesthetics, and long-term structural integrity.
