Single-Family Ranch House
Our first project, this 1957 ranch, laid the groundwork for our builder journey. We, Karan and Priyanka Shah, kept the structure but revamped it into a modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home. We installed a brand-new kitchen, bathrooms, and all finishes, while preserving the exterior. As builders, we ensure every project—like this one—becomes a beautiful, move-in-ready home for its next chapter.
Single-Family Ranch House
This 1959 ranch was purchased as a short sale, helping the seller avoid foreclosure. We—Karan and Priyanka Shah—renovated this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home by updating the kitchen, bathrooms, and systems like HVAC and electrical. The exterior’s brick charm remained while we, as experienced builders, transformed the interior into a fresh, welcoming space. The result: a win-win for seller and buyer alike.
Three-Story Single-Family Home
Built in 1900, this three-story home was outdated but full of potential. We, Karan and Priyanka Shah, updated everything inside—3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a finished attic suite. While keeping the exterior siding, we added new insulation, windows, and modern systems. As trusted builders, we turned a neglected space into a contemporary home, showing how we can build or transform yours too.
Single-Family Ranch House
Built in 1925, this home was in dismal condition. We, Karan and Priyanka Shah of Value Plus Property Solutions, preserved its foundation but built a new home from the ground up. Now boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, we constructed soaring ceilings—10 feet on the first floor and 9 feet on the second. A brand-new garage and modern design showcase how we, as builders, turn outdated spaces into dream homes. The delighted buyers received a fully modernized living experience.
