Case Study
Single-Family Ranch House
The Condition When We Acquired the Property
This 1959 ranch-style home was acquired as a short sale, helping the homeowner avoid foreclosure. While the structure and exterior were intact, the interior was outdated and in need of significant upgrades. The kitchen, bathrooms, and core systems no longer met modern standards, making the home less functional and less appealing to buyers.
Our Vision & Build Strategy
Our approach focused on preserving what worked while transforming what didn’t. The home’s classic brick exterior was maintained to retain its original character, while the interior was completely refreshed to create a modern, welcoming living environment.
Our goals were to:
- Modernize the interior without altering the exterior charm
- Upgrade key systems for safety and efficiency
- Improve layout, comfort, and overall livability
- Deliver a clean, move-in-ready home for its next owner
This project marked the beginning of our journey as builders, grounded in thoughtful execution and attention to detail.
The Rebuild Process
- Installed a brand-new kitchen with modern cabinetry and finishes
- Fully renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Upgraded electrical and HVAC systems
- Refreshed interior finishes throughout the home
- Maintained the original brick exterior for continuity and curb appeal
Each upgrade was carefully planned to balance functionality, aesthetics, and long-term value.
