Case Study
Single-Family Ranch House
The Condition When We Acquired the Property
This 1957 ranch-style home was structurally sound but severely outdated in both layout and interior finishes. The design reflected an older era, with limited functionality for modern living. While the exterior and core structure were in good condition, the interior required a complete transformation to meet today’s expectations.
Our Vision & Build Strategy
As our first project, this home set the standard for how we approach rebuilding. Rather than tearing down the structure, we chose to retain the existing framework and completely modernize the interior.
Our objectives were to:
- Preserve the exterior character of the home
- Reconfigure the interior for modern living
- Upgrade all finishes and living spaces
- Deliver a clean, move-in-ready home
This project marked the beginning of our journey as builders, grounded in thoughtful execution and attention to detail.
The Rebuild Process
- Retained the original structure and exterior
- Redesigned the interior layout for improved flow
- Built a brand-new kitchen with modern finishes
- Fully renovated 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
- Installed new flooring, fixtures, and finishes throughout
- Updated all interior spaces to modern standards
Every element inside the home was rebuilt with comfort, usability, and long-term value in mind.
